I know most of you think I am going loopy on posts with all sorts of special characters (# @) and talk. If you use Twitter you can stop reading and go back to wasting your time in other ways.

Well, I am attending online classes this week from Inbound Marketing University (http://tinyurl.com/r4f3x7). It is a great marketing retraining program with the best presenters including Lee Odden (http://www.toprankmarketing.com/) and Chris Brogran. (http://www.toprankmarketing.com/). Topic range from effectively blogging – to Landing Page Best Practices, I am attending the classes to help my new business that I will be announcing very shortly (Stay tuned Ventura)

Anyhow each class uses twitter for students to chat and ask questions as the presenter is presenting the material. Image if your teacher allowed you to send notes to all your friends during class without any consequences in fact encouraged you to send them! Using Twitter the class uses the hashtag #IMU on each tweet, this helps Twitter search find all of your classmates. Hashtags are used all over Twitter as a means to create groupings. If you want more info on hashtags please jump over to http://hashtags.org/ and see it for yourself.

Thanks for you understanding on my crazy posts – Now get back to work!!

For the past couple of weeks I have been researching different aspects of social media. The journey has taken me far and wide (Blogs, Twitter, YouTube, Delicious) and I have found excellent information that I will undoubtedly use all the time. Here is a great presentation that I found on SlideShare by accident. I was actually looking for a cool PowerPoint background but I stumbled up this presentation from Fresh Consulting – well done!
